A double-blind, randomized, placebo-controlled trial involving 49 participants was used to test the effects of placebo, 300 mg caffeine, and a combination of 150 mg caffeine, 100 mg methylliberine (Dynamine ®), and 50 mg theacrine (TeaCrine®) on vigilance, marksmanship, and hemodynamic responses in tactical personnel.
